Monica Suarez has extensive experience in project management, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Currently serving as Gerente de Portafolio y Servicios at SOAINT since March 2018, Monica ensures optimal client service and motivates teams to provide effective services. Prior roles include Gerente de Proyecto at SOAINT, Dacartec, and Heinsohn, where Monica was responsible for project vision consolidation, planning, and monitoring progress against established objectives. Additional experience includes project coordination at Applus+, SENA, and Universidad de Ibagué, coupled with a solid academic background including a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad EAN and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Ibagué.
