Neyla Quiroga

Neyla Quiroga is a seasoned Project Manager currently employed at SOAP Engineering, LLC. since August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Gerente de proyecto at ISSO integral Solutions SAS from March 2016 to October 2020, and as a PROCESIONAL DE INGENIERÍA - ESPECIALISTA DE PROCESO at Ecopetrol from December 2014 to December 2015, where responsibilities involved technical development and assurance of project engineering in process areas.
