Bruce has spent the last 25+ years driving consistent sales success in high growth technology companies. He helped Laser Precision grow from $1 million to $40M, leading to an acquisition by GreatNordic. Recruited to Digital Lightwave, he restructured sales and drove growth from $200,000 to $2M per month in less than 6 months, enabling an IPO. Later, he was recruited to EXFO as the VP of North American Sales where he helped to raise $209M on an IPO roadshow team while growing region revenue from $12M to $120M through the global Telecom downturn.

Next, Bruce became the VP/GM Americas for Anritsu where he turned around a 4-year sales decline by delivering 30% growth (reaching $180M) in the first year. He was then recruited to LitePoint as the SVP of Global Sales and Service where he turned declining sales into 9 consecutive record quarters going from $6M to $40M annually and a successful Private Equity purchase. Then at Tait, he led North American Sales to 7 times the number of multimillion wins year over year against a dominant 80% market share leader. Bruce is currently the VP Sales, Americas at Reflexis - the SaaS global market leader that simplifies retail store operations and improves customer and associate engagement.
