Robert Sottilare is currently the Vice President of Training & Simulation and Director of Learning Sciences at Soar Technology, LLC. Robert previously held roles such as Adaptive Training Scientist and Chief Technology Officer at the US Army Research Laboratory Simulation and Training Technology Center. With a Ph.D. in Modeling & Simulation from the University of Central Florida, Robert's focus is on developing intelligent software that simulates human reasoning to automate tasks and enhance human-machine interactions.
