John Post

John Post has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John started their career at Consultants Services Inc in 1999 as a Territory Manager, responsible for managing territories. John then joined EXIT Realty Premier in 2004 as an Associate Agent and Team Leader, where they were licensed as an agent and also led a team and recruited new members.

In 2008, John became a Store Manager at Bridgestone, overseeing all retail operations and customer service. John managed a staff of six technicians and two sales associates and was responsible for retail sales and marketing of Bridgestone/Firestone tires and automotive services.

In 2012, they joined Ken Garff West Valley Dodge as a Senior Sales Associate and worked there until 2015. In this role, they handled sales responsibilities.

From 2014 to 2016, John worked at NCM Associates as a Territory Sales Manager. John worked with dealership owners, practitioners, GMs, and department managers to increase revenue and improve profitability and efficiency in various departments.

Afterwards, John joined Cars Now in 2016 as a Sales and Finance Manager/Inventory Purchasing Manager. In this role, they managed vehicle acquisition and financing.

In 2017, they worked at CJ Auto Works as a Service Manager, where they were in charge of service operations, customer service, service sales, and parts management.

In 2018, John joined TJ Chapman Auto as a Service & Auto Body Shop Manager, responsible for managing the service and body shop operations at the dealership.

Finally, in the same year, they joined SOAR Transportation Group as a Business Development Manager, focusing on developing business opportunities for the company.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and management skills in various roles within the automotive and real estate industries.

John Post has a diverse education history. John obtained a certification in automotive business management and cloud-based software and data management systems from NCM Institute. Additionally, they attended Arizona Automotive Institute from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a certification as a store manager with a focus on business office automation, technology, and data entry. John also studied real estate legal contracts at Utah Real Estate/Stringam Academy.

In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications. John holds an automotive dealer/broker finance and sales license from the Department of Commerce. John also obtained certifications in automotive dealership management from NCM Associates and in broker certified asset and 3PL, freight, transportation, and logistics from SOAR Transportation Group. Furthermore, they hold a Utah Real Estate License from the State of Utah Department of Commerce.
