Tom Ruff

Tom Ruff currently serves as the Head of Paid Social at Soar With Us, since June 2024, focusing on growth strategy. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Journey Further, including Head of Social, Social Team Leader, and Senior Social Analyst from May 2019 to June 2024. Tom's experience also encompasses roles at twentysix as Senior Display Manager and Display Manager, and at Epiphany Search as Programmatic Specialist and PPC & Display Analyst, contributing to expertise in digital campaign management. Tom began the career as a Digital Media Executive at All Response Media, managing campaigns across multiple sectors. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Newcastle University, earned between September 2009 and June 2012.
