At Sober Not Subtle, our mission is to break the silence surrounding addiction, recovery, and mental health by fostering a supportive and unapologetic community. We aim to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and empower individuals on their journey to recovery, as well as those who stand with them as allies. We embrace people of all identities and backgrounds, knowing that recovery can be a journey for anybody that wants it. Through shared stories, resources, and charitable action, we inspire hope, and encourage open dialogue about the realities of addiction and mental health. Have a look around, send us your stories of recovery and swing by the Merch Shop to help support our mission. We believe that recovery is a path walked boldly, and we’re here to walk it together—Loud, Proud, and Never Subtle.

We do not provide treatment or clinical services. We share lived experience stories and advocate for mental health and recovery awareness.
