Workplace accidents rarely begin at the moment they happen. In safety-sensitive operations, the most important moment is often before the task starts.

SOBEREYE INC. is a U.S.-based technology company and the developer of OPTOVERA, a workforce readiness platform that helps organizations add objective measurement to pre-shift safety workflows.

OPTOVERA uses a 60-second eye scan to measure pupillary response patterns under standardized conditions and compare each result with the worker’s individual baseline. The result provides a review signal for use within the employer’s safety protocol.

Beyond Scan, OPTOVERA combines fatigue-risk forecasting, configurable checklists, analytics, and system integration — helping safety teams bring measurement, workflow, and reporting into one connected platform.

Built for mining, transportation, logistics, construction, aviation, and other high-consequence environments where better safety decisions need to happen before work begins.

OPTOVERA does not diagnose impairment, determine intoxication, identify the cause of a result, assess a medical condition, or make employment, disciplinary, or fitness-for-duty decisions.
