Zap ⚡️ is a preseed investor at The Lighthouse, where they help founders thrive and build a strong entrepreneurial community. They currently serve as a Startup Lead at Alvorada Dev, assisting Nashville founders in hiring software engineers from Brazil, and as a Board Member at SoBet. Previously, Zap was the Managing Director at Jumpstart Foundry and the Employer Engagement Manager at Nashville Software School, where they helped numerous individuals secure jobs in tech. Zap holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Urban Studies from the University of Michigan.
