John Bryden

John Bryden serves as the National Director of Integrated Health Management at Sobeys since 2015, leading efforts to enhance health and safety protocols for 125,000 employees across 1,500 corporate locations in Canada. With extensive experience in health and safety management, prior roles include Chair of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Ontario and Vice President of Prevention Services at Public Services Health and Safety Association, where strategic planning and delivery were pivotal. Additional leadership roles at Loblaw Companies Limited and Ontario Service Safety Alliance further established a strong foundation in health, safety, and wellness programming. John Bryden holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
