Max McLaughlin III

Max McLaughlin III, MBA, has extensive experience in talent acquisition, program management, and training oversight, currently serving as a Senior Trainer and Recruiting Specialist at SOC LLC since November 2017. McLaughlin's expertise includes high-volume hiring, workforce planning, and developing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines to meet specific contractual requirements.
