Todd Bailey

Todd Bailey possesses extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Sergeant at Parkview Health since December 2024, Todd also holds the position of EDD Handler for SOC LLC and Manufacturing Supervisor at Zimmer Biomet, both since June 2018. With a strong military background as a US Army Sniper Section Sergeant since April 2010, Todd has focused on training development and maintaining combat readiness within the unit. Prior to this, Todd served in the 3rd Ranger Battalion at Ft. Benning, GA, and was a State Trooper with the Indiana State Police from July 1998 to April 2008. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Grace College, earned between 1993 and 1997, and a diploma in Electronics from Tippecanoe Valley High School.
