Trevor Jackson oversees SOCAN’s extensive information technology environment, working towards discovering opportunities to build IT services for SOCAN members, licensed businesses, and business partners. Since joining SOCAN in 2010, Trevor and his team have successfully helped IT extend its ability to serve SOCAN, bringing us forward to meet and exceed industry standards in information technology. Trevor has played an essential role in delivering what SOCAN needs to be productive and efficient, while addressing many challenges due to the rapid and continued evolution of technology. Trevor has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and a reputation for implementing leading edge technologies, earning him a nomination for an Ingenious Award by the IT Association of Canada. Throughout his career, Trevor has held IT leadership positions in various business sectors, including enterprise risk management, manufacturing, and biometric security. Trevor is a member of the board of directors for Connect, a global organization of 70,000 IT professionals.
