John Ntonta

2019 Social Entrepreneur Award at SOCAP Global

John Ntonta is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Connector at the Institute on Community Integration, John focuses on building trust with community stakeholders to promote equity in research and education. As the Founder of the Kadiwaku Family Foundation, John aims to enhance the self-employment and social inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. John holds roles including Membership on the CHS Steering Committee with the CHS Alliance and a Fellow at Echoing Green. Additionally, John has been recognized with the 2019 Social Entrepreneur Award from SOCAP Global. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Housatonic Community College.
