Hugo Nore has a diverse background in marketing and communication, currently serving as an Agent marketing et communication at SOCAPS since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Chargé d'études développement numérique at Jeulin, where qualitative and quantitative evaluations of multimedia educational resources for an e-learning platform were conducted, and Assistant gestion de projet at CCI Portes de Normandie, where a communication plan and marketing strategy for a new training offer were developed. Hugo also held the position of Administrateur at A.D.E.L.I.E, managing events for university students, notably co-organizing the Festival² in April 2015. An early role as Assistant formation at Safran Aircraft Engines involved managing training service files. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from NEOMA Business School and a Licence from Université de Rouen, along with a DUT from Institut Universitaire de Technologie d'Evreux and a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée André Malraux.
