Mathilde Milot is the founder and director of Citémômes, an organization dedicated to managing cultural projects across Normandy and France since 2011. After completing a Bachelor in Arts-Plastiques in Rouen, Mathilde pursued studies in psychology and cultural mediation, ultimately earning a Master 2 in Valorisation touristique des sites culturels from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2006. In addition to leading Citémômes, Mathilde currently serves on the committees of N'Way and SOCAPS, both focused on supporting regional economic development and sustainable transformation. Mathilde's initiatives emphasize creative engagement and community connections, with notable projects such as "Tricote un sourire" and the "Malle vagabonde," which promote cultural understanding and social bonding.
