Vafa Nabizade

Vafa Nabizade, MBA, SHRM-CP, is currently the Talent Management Lead at SOCAR Midstream, specializing in HR and talent acquisition. With a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Azerbaijan State University of Languages and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Khazar University, Vafa has built a diverse career in human resources. Past roles include serving as a Junior Human Resources Specialist at the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation and a Human Resources Specialist at AZCD Group CSJC. Vafa also contributed to project coordination at COP29 Azerbaijan and held positions at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture and Financial Chain Corporation.
