Emre Atli

Emre Atlı is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Maintenance and Workshop Lead Engineer at SOCAR Türkiye since October 2020, overseeing industrial civil works at the Star Refinery and other facilities. Prior to this role, Emre held positions including Chief Engineer (Civil) at Petkim, where responsibilities encompassed civil works planning and application within the refinery and petrochemical sector, and Civil Supervisor at TSGI at the Socar Turkey Aegean Refinery. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Engineer on the Izmit Bay Crossing Suspension Bridge project and various trainee positions in notable construction firms. Emre holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, a Master's degree in Construction Management, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management at Ege University.
