Socia Investors investment portfolios are designed to deliver competitive returns to institutional investors alongside positive social outcomes to communities. Socia Investors’ purpose is to advance the sustainable and inclusive development of some of Australia’s critical industries through its innovate real asset investment strategies.

The founders and principals of Socia Investors have extensive experience working in the Australian institutional investment industry across real asset funds management, investment banking and asset consulting. Together they were part of a team that pioneered institutional investments in Australian Specialist Disability Accommodation and Key Worker Affordable Housing, employing an innovative investment structure which uses private capital to finance for-purpose entities that provide critical services to Australian communities.

Our name ‘Socia’ is the Latin word for ‘partner’. Partnership is a core value of our organisation. It reflects our approach to our relationships with investors, our team and our community sector allies.
