Headquartered in New York City, Social Capital Resources is a recruiting firm dedicated to facilitating the needs of both clients and candidates within the Financial Services, Finance/Accounting, FinTech and Technology industries.

At Social Capital, we believe in a simple aphorism, “It’s not who you know, it’s who you GET to know”. We take the time to foster client and candidate relationships over the entire course of a career. Not just throughout the recruitment process. A definition for “Social Capital” is “the networks of relationships among people who live and work in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively”. Having the RIGHT team in place is one of the first and most important steps along the path of efficiency. We strive to assist our clients with this assembly and guide candidates to fulfilling careers. Thus, enabling your firm to function most effectively.

Our portfolio of clients includes Investment Banks, Investment Managers, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Public Accounting, Fortune 1000, FinTech and IT startups.

Social Capital's other core philosophy, equally important, is having a Social Mission. Here at Social Capital Resources, we believe in a social responsibility and have dedicated our business efforts to support this social mission. We are extremely proud to be partnered with the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America! For every placement that Social Capital makes, we will donate a percentage of the fee to this amazing cause.
