Social Lens is a 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 strengthening the effectiveness, resilience, and impact of social purpose organisations and funders across India.

Over the past decade, we have worked with 𝟭𝟬𝟬+ 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — from founder-led nonprofits to large networks and pooled funds — supporting them to build stronger systems, clearer strategies, and evidence-informed decision-making.

We operate at the intersection of 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Our work helps organisations move from intention to measurable, sustained impact.

Our core areas of work include:
• Organisational diagnostics and capacity assessments
• Impact assessments and evaluation systems
• Leadership and governance strengthening
• Cohort-based and ecosystem capacity building
• Advisory support for funders on capacity building strategy and due diligence

We have collaborated with leading ecosystem actors and networks such as 𝗘𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦, 𝗔𝗩𝗣𝗡, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.

Headquartered in Mumbai, with presence in Delhi and Bangalore, our work spans geographies and contexts across India.

What sets us apart is our 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵. We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions — we co-create pathways that respond to 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. Our work is grounded in a human lens, deep listening, and practical tools that organisations can actually use.
