Rick Thacker

Rick Thacker is currently the Vice President of Operations at Social Mobile, where they focus on achieving operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations. Previously, they served as Vice President of People & Operational Excellence at Genesis Products, leading initiatives in business operations, quality, and manufacturing systems. Their extensive experience includes roles as Senior Director of Global Supplier Quality at Whirlpool Corporation, where they managed global quality strategies across multiple regions, and as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Harman Becker. Rick holds a B.S. in Technology from Indiana State University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
