John Rolph

John Rolph is a U.S. Administrative Law Judge and Hearing Office Chief Judge at the Social Security Administration, where they have worked since 2008. Prior to this role, they served as a Captain in the JAG Corps of the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 2008. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Doctor of Law from Baylor Law School. Additionally, they earned a Master of Laws in Criminal Law and International Law from The Army Judge Advocate General's School.
