Steven O'Neil

Steven O'Neil is a highly experienced product designer with a progressive career in various design roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Social Tip since April 2025, Steven previously held positions including Lead Product Designer at Reset Health, where leadership responsibilities included managing a product design team and enhancing the user experience for the Roczen platform. At Fresha, contributions spanned from overhauling the appointment booking flow to co-leading the redesign of a B2C marketplace and launching a mobile app. Steven began the design career as a founding product designer at Reset Health and has experience in creative roles at Bow&Arrow and multiple freelance positions. Steven holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from Arts University Bournemouth.
