Jay Patel has over eight years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams and enhancing product features to improve productivity. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at SocialLadder since March 2018, Jay has mentored both in-house and offshore developers, facilitating their understanding of the product and technical challenges. Prior roles included Lead Developer and Developer at SocialLadder, where Jay played a crucial role in product improvements and the creation of user-friendly interfaces. Jay's earlier experience includes software development positions at SS eAcademy, Four Sight IT Services Pvt. Ltd., and Phoenix Binary System Pvt.
