Joan Bas Serrano

Joan Bas Serrano is a Senior Data Scientist at Socialpoint since July 2022, previously serving as a Data Scientist and Data Science Intern at the same company, where projects included user experience optimization in mobile video games using reinforcement learning techniques. Prior experience includes a PhD role at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on theoretical reinforcement learning with a dissertation on "Lagrangian duality for efficient large-scale reinforcement learning," and research assistant work involving statistical social network analysis.
