Lika

Lika BA, PhD, has extensive experience in consulting and delivery management within the financial sector, having worked with notable organizations such as BNP Paribas, HSBC France, and Société Générale. Lika served as an MOA Analyst consultant at ACIAL before advancing to roles such as Delivery Management Consultant and Project Coordinator at Maltem Consulting Group. At SOFTEAM Group, Lika continued to excel in delivery management for HSBC France. In a brief tenure at Société Générale, Lika held leadership positions overseeing client onboarding and data management. Lika also contributed to the academic community as a Visiting Research Fellow at The World Bank. Educationally, Lika holds a Magistère and Master 1 from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, a Master 2 from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Doctor of Philosophy from EHESS.
