Pascal Hourou is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Directeur du Centre d’Affaires Régional IdF Sud Est at Société Générale, where they manage a team of 35 commercial professionals and oversee a portfolio of 3,500 clients. From 2018 to 2023, they held the position of Directeur de groupe at Groupe Crédit du Nord, supervising 120 collaborators across multiple agencies. Pascal has also contributed to the financial sector at AREVA and Crédit du Nord in various capacities, including as Responsable validation Corporate Missions Bâle II.
