Simon Munro

Simon Munro is currently the Director of Human Resources at Societe Generale, where they serve as the lead HR Business Partner for the Global Markets group within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. With 13 years of experience as an HR Business Partner at UBS Investment Bank, Simon has developed expertise in reward, employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. Previously, Simon also worked as an HR Business Partner at BP and began their career as an HR Analyst at Marks and Spencer. Simon holds a B.A. (Hons) in French from Goldsmiths, University of London.
