SocioWind Advisory supports renewable energy and infrastructure projects with practical Social Performance and Environmental & Social advisory services.

We believe that responsible projects are delivered not only through permits, contracts, technical design and construction schedules, but also through trust — with communities, workers, contractors, local authorities and lenders.

Our core focus is Social Performance. We help developers, EPC contractors, subcontractors and project teams manage stakeholder engagement, community liaison, grievance mechanisms, labour and working conditions monitoring, contractor social performance, community health and safety interface, social risk tracking and audit-ready reporting.

SocioWind Advisory is especially focused on projects financed by or aligned with IFC, EBRD and other international lender requirements, where strong documentation must be matched by real implementation on site.

We help project teams turn formal management plans into practical action: conversations that are recorded, grievances that are followed up, commitments that are tracked, risks that are understood early, and evidence that can stand up to lender or audit review.

Our approach is grounded in the reality of construction environments: tight deadlines, multiple subcontractor layers, local sensitivities, worker concerns, community expectations and constant pressure to keep progress moving.

Where required, SocioWind Advisory can also support or coordinate Environmental and HSE-related services as part of a broader integrated E&S approach.

SocioWind Advisory helps projects stay grounded, responsive and credible — in the field, with people and in front of lenders.
