Ankita Kumari is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of People at Socket since November 2022, Ankita previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Polygon Technology, where responsibilities included formulating HR processes and fostering a people-centric culture.
