Joe Breslin

Joe Breslin has over 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Joe began their career in 2005 as an IT Support Specialist Intern at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. In 2007, they moved to the University of Pennsylvania as an IT Support Specialist Intern. In 2009, they began working at Penn State University as an IT Support Specialist and IT Project Manager. In 2012, they became a Development Project Manager (Microsoft Consultant) at Piraeus Consulting. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as an Audience Evangelism Manager. In 2017, they became the VP of Operations at Realtime Media. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of SocketLabs. Most recently, they co-founded the Progressive Coders Network, a 501(c)4 organization working to remove money's influence in politics and make democracy a truly democratic process.

Joe Breslin received their Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University in 2008. Joe then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university in 2012.
