Ben Ffrench

Ben Ffrench currently serves as the General Manager - Growth at SOCO since May 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Stryker from December 2017 to May 2025, including Director of Sales and Marketing for Emergency Care APAC and multiple leadership positions in Public Access across APAC. Ben also worked as the Director of Business Development at UNE Partnerships Pty. Ltd. from June 2016 to December 2017, and was the National Business Manager at Capital Training Institute (CTI) from January 2013 to June 2016. Earlier career experiences include serving as General Manager at BBL, a Consultant for Virgin Australia, and the Director/Founder of both The Mark Agency and OutInCanberra | Feed Media.
