Thomas Stianos is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and business advisory roles. Currently serving as Independent Non-Executive Chairman at SOCO and Non-Executive Chairman at both Escient Pty Ltd and Xref, Stianos has a proven track record in guiding companies through strategic transformations and market expansions. Previous leadership positions include Non-Executive Director roles at Gale Pacific Limited and Inabox Group Limited, as well as a significant tenure as CEO of SMS Management & Technology, where Stianos led the company to a profitable turnaround. Stianos holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
