Solenn Madec

Solenn Madec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and quality management, currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at SOCOMORE since November 2006. In this role, Solenn is responsible for developing and implementing the Group's Sustainable Development roadmap in collaboration with various business units, as well as managing a sustainability dashboard that consolidates performance indicators. Prior to this, Solenn held various positions within SOCOMORE, including Quality and Regulatory Watch Manager, where Solenn oversaw quality processes and ensured compliance across manufacturing sites globally. Solenn also worked as a QHSE Manager and Product Manager, focusing on product development and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at CNRS-UMR75, where research was conducted on the needs of art restorers and scientific articles were authored, and at National Adhesives, ICI Paints, where projects were managed to develop adhesives meeting health standards. Solenn holds an engineering degree in materials science from Chimie ParisTech - PSL and CPE Lyon.
