Izzy Boxall currently serves as a Sample Receipt Technician at SOCOTEC, responsible for receiving and preparing samples for analysis using various equipment. Previously, Izzy held multiple roles at The Body Shop, including Customer Consultant, Team Leader, and Beauty Expert, where skills in customer service, leadership, and training were developed. Experience at SOLETRADER as a Sales Assistant involved delivering exceptional customer service and understanding client needs. Izzy holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Reading, completed in May 2023.
