Bill Daugette

Bill Daugette is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project planning, dispute resolution, and claims support analytics. Currently serving as the Managing Director at SOCOTEC USA since January 2022, Daugette previously held various positions including Vice President and Senior Project Manager at David Pattillo & Associates, where expertise in construction dispute planning and project scheduling was honed. Additional roles include Senior Claims Planner at Systech International, where significant work with the Al Hamra Tower dispute was completed, and Managing Consultant at Navigant Consulting, focusing on delay analyses and project reconstruction.
