Caglar K. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Busser at Quaker Steak & Lube in 2019. During this time, they were also a Research Assistant at Koç University, studying Lithium-Ion Batteries and attending experiments. In 2020, they held positions as a Sales Intern at Teklas and a Business Analyst at TIRPORT, where they conducted market research and created marketing solutions and pricing strategies. Caglar also interned at Eczacibasi Topluluğu as an Investment Office Intern, where they analyzed the financials of target companies and conducted market analysis. In 2021, they were a Retail Vendor Manager Intern at Amazon and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Koç University in 2022. Currently, they are a CEO Office Specialist at SOCRadar® Extended Threat Intelligence. Additionally, they have held various roles at Koç University Business Club since 2019, including President, Vice President, Head of Corporate Relations Committee, Board Member, and Active Member.

Caglar K. began their educational career at Izmir Fen Lisesi, where they completed their Lise from 2014 to 2018. Caglar then went on to pursue two separate Bachelor's degrees at Koç University, one in Economics from 2020 to 2023 and one in Industrial Engineering from 2018 to 2023. Additionally, Caglar has obtained two certifications from Coursera, one in Private Equity and Venture Capital in 2021 and one in Cost and Economics in Pricing Strategy in 2020.
