With a strong background in managing large teams and driving business growth, Mark has successfully implemented CRM and churn management systems and led comprehensive customer support organizations. Earlier roles include VP of Customer Success at GE Digital, where Mark managed a global team supporting over 8000 customers and drove significant revenue growth through operational efficiency. Mark's career began at GE Fanuc and Intellution, where Mark developed foundational skills in technical support and quality assurance.
