Hala Dagher

Hala Dagher is a skilled food safety and quality assurance professional with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Lebanese International University. Currently, as a Freelance Food Safety Auditor, Hala conducts GAP assessments and develops action plans for ISO 22000:2018 implementation. Previously, Hala held various roles including Food Safety & Quality Assurance at HMBR Manufacturing and Trading CO sal, where extensive responsibilities included implementing ISO standards and conducting laboratory analyses. Hala continues to serve as a Food Safety Supervisor at Socrate Catering s.a.l., overseeing compliance with food safety practices and conducting internal audits.
