Bo Wang

Bo Wang is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Socure since October 2019. Prior positions at Socure include Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Data Scientist II. Previously, Bo Wang worked as a Kaggle Competitions Expert, achieving recognition with a silver and bronze medal in competitions focused on fraud detection, energy consumption prediction, image detection, and NLP classification. At CGG, Bo Wang contributed as a Geophysicist and Data Scientist, managing high-profile geophysical projects for major oil and gas companies and developing industry-standard workflows. An early career as a Research Scientist at Indiana University Bloomington involved implementing automated data collection and analysis systems.
