David Chen

David Chen is a seasoned design and engineering professional with a strong background in user experience and full stack development. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Socure since December 2025, David previously held the position of UX Engineer at HST Pathways, where key contributions included leading a design system implementation and managing the redesign of a legacy application. A notable personal project includes the development of the iOS Jeopardy app, Trivio!, which amassed over 10,000 downloads. With earlier experience ranging from web development at Academia.edu to product internships at HP and Floré by Sun Genomics, David possesses a comprehensive skill set in design, development, and user research.
