Omar Gutierrez

Omar Gutierrez is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in predictive modeling and analysis. Currently serving as VP of Data Science at Socure since October 2016, Omar has held various significant roles including Senior Director and Director in the same field. Previously, Omar worked at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Data Scientist, where responsibilities included enhancing predictive modeling methods and utilizing advanced data analysis tools. Omar's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Economics from UCLA. Additional experience includes roles in research, business analysis, and tutoring in mathematics and macroeconomics.
