Teneka Polite

Teneka Polite is the current head of People & Experience at Socure. Teneka has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Consulting. Teneka started their career as an HR Operations Manager at Marcus & Millichap and then became a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group. In 2007, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Sr. Consultant. In 2010, they joined Socure as VP of People & Experience.

Teneka Polite has a MBA in Organization Development from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of Maryland.

Their manager is Johnny Ayers, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Rhon Daguro - Chief Revenue Officer, Chad Kalmes - Chief Information Security Officer, and Pablo Abreu - SVP, Product & Data Science.
