Sodateage Net is a Certified NPO in Japan dedicated to supporting youth who are unemployed or experiencing social isolation. Our goal is to ensure that all young people—including those who are Hikikomori or NEET—can build careers and lives that truly suit them and find a meaningful, sustainable place in society.

Since 2001, Sodateage Net has consistently provided employment support for young people without jobs and with other difficulties, as well as support for children with various difficulties.
Through partnerships with companies, governments, and other nonprofits, we work with 50,000 young people and children annually.
In addition, Founder Kei Kudo and our staff have participated in government and municipal councils and committees, and through our policy proposals and advocacy activities, we have been able to formulate and change laws, systems, and policies for youth.
