Söderhem is a Swedish-Brazilian longevity living platform redefining the future of aging through real estate, community, wellbeing, and human-centered innovation.

Inspired by Scandinavian principles of quality of life, sustainability, prevention, and social connection, Söderhem was created to respond to one of the world’s most significant demographic transformations: the rapid growth of the 55+ population seeking autonomy, purpose, belonging, and a better way of living.

More than a real estate company, Söderhem develops integrated living ecosystems designed for active and independent adults, combining thoughtful architecture, preventive wellness, community engagement, hospitality-inspired services, and long-term operational vision.

Our approach blends international references in longevity and senior living with the cultural warmth and lifestyle of Brazil, creating environments that encourage healthier, longer, and more meaningful lives.

Based in Florianópolis, Brazil, Söderhem operates at the intersection of real estate development, longevity strategy, sustainability, and innovation building projects and communities designed not only for living longer, but for living better.
