Schotter Pascal

Schotter Pascal is the Head of Supply Chain at Sodern, where they currently lead supply chain operations. With extensive experience in the aerospace sector, they have served as a Bid Manager and Contract Negotiator, focusing on consortium building and management in EU H2020 and Horizon Europe settings. Previously, Schotter worked at ArianeGroup as a Sales Manager for Future Programs, successfully managing bids and negotiations with ESA and CNES, and achieving significant commercial successes. Schotter also held roles at Airbus Group, including Compliance Analyst and Strategic Buyer, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented impactful sourcing strategies. They hold a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Europe.
