Vincent Dedieu has held several leadership roles in various organizations. Vincent started their career in 2005 at DGA - Direction générale de l'armement, where they served as a Technical architect on missile programs until 2010. Vincent then became the Chief of Staff for the Director of International Development until 2014 and later served as the Export Programs Director - Land systems until 2016.
In 2016, Dedieu joined Assemblée nationale as a Rapporteur at "mission Fioraso" on the French space industry for a brief period.
Since 2016, Dedieu has been working at Sodern, where they have held different positions. Vincent started as the VP Strategy and Innovation until 2019, then became the COO & deputy CEO until 2023, and currently holds the position of Chairman & CEO.
Vincent Dedieu obtained their Diplôme d'ingénieur from Télécom Paris, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In the same time period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completing it in 2004.
In terms of additional certifications, Vincent Dedieu obtained a Green belt Lean six sigma certification from CUBIK Partners in June 2018.
