Laila Arafa

Laila Arafa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Business Partner-Manager at SODIC since July 2018, Laila has also held roles as HR Organization Development Supervisor and Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, where Laila developed and implemented various HR modules, and as a Recruitment Specialist, managing recruitment processes for clients across Egypt and the GCC. Laila began the career journey as a Recruitment Coordinator at Modern Sciences and Arts University and also served as a Teaching Assistant. Laila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Modern Sciences and Arts University and completed an American Diploma at Misr Language School.
