Rania Ismail

Rania Ismail is a highly experienced financial professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Consolidation & Reporting Manager at SODIC since July 2015, Rania oversees financial reporting and consolidation processes and is responsible for preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements for AL Dar PJSC. Prior to this role, Rania worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan from November 2000 to June 2013, where responsibilities included planning audit engagements and liaising with client management. Rania also served as Finance Manager at Nile Radio Productions from June 2013 to July 2015, focusing on various financial operations and providing direction to staff to ensure accurate financial practices. Rania holds a B.Sc. in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Cairo University, complemented by studies at the Institute of Management Accountants.
